All donations to Ihsan and Wafaa Organization are voluntary and are used to further our charitable, educational, and community-support purposes.
Ihsan and Wafaa Organization is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Wyoming (EIN 98-1952867). We have applied to the IRS for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, and that application is currently pending. If and when the IRS grants recognition, contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law — and, under IRS rules, such deductibility is generally retroactive to our date of formation. Until recognition is granted, we make no representation that contributions are tax-deductible. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution unless explicitly stated. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
We want every donor to feel confident in their generosity. If you believe a donation was made in error, was a duplicate, or was an unauthorized charge, please contact us at info@ihsanwafaa.org within 15 days of the transaction. We will review each request in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.
If we offer recurring donations, you may cancel future recurring contributions at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and does not affect prior completed gifts.
